Baseball
On a diamond of dirt and grass.
How you play
- One team pitches and fields. The other team bats.
- The pitcher throws the ball. The batter tries to hit it.
- Batters run to first, second, third, and home.
- Each team bats in innings. A full game has nine innings.
ScoreYou score a run when you touch every base and get home.
WinThe team with more runs after nine innings wins. Extra innings are used if the score is level.
A home run means the ball goes over the outfield fence in fair ground.
