Fencing

On a fencing piste, indoors.

• Two fencers try to touch with a foil, an epee, or a sabre.
• They wear a mask and a white jacket.
• The piste is a long narrow strip.
• A light shows when a touch is scored.

Score. A point is scored when a touch lands on the target area.

Win. The fencer with more points wins the bout.

Foil, epee, and sabre each have a different target area.
