Gymnastics

In a gym, on mats and apparatus.

• You perform a routine on a set apparatus.
• Artistic gymnastics uses floor, vault, bars, beam, rings, and pommel horse.
• You must stay within the rules for your event.
• Judges watch the whole routine.

Score. Judges give a score for difficulty and for how well you perform.

Win. The gymnast with the higher score wins.

The balance beam is only 10 centimetres wide.
