How you play
- One raider crosses into the other half.
- The raider must tag a defender and get back home.
- The raider chants the word kabaddi the whole time, in one breath.
- Defenders try to hold the raider before the raid ends.
ScoreA tag that gets home can score a point. A stopped raid can score for the other team.
WinThe team with more points at the end wins.
The raider must keep saying kabaddi without taking a new breath.
